Description
Local Building Maintenance Company needs a responsible person to work 5 days per week, M-F, 5 hours per day, 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Must be in good physical condition as work includes but is not limited to removing cobwebs from parking structure, emptying parking structure trashcans, removal of debris from all grounds and planter areas.
May include fluorescent and incandescent light bulb changing, mopping up spills in hallways and miscellaneous small repairs.
Must be able to receive and send pictures, texts and phone calls with instructions regarding work at the site and or damages to the building.
Pay equivalent to experience.
