MDC offers advancement opportunities- so good performance gets rewarded. Our typical 40 hour week is Monday-Thursdays 7:30 am-6 pm. You enjoy a three day weekend every week! If you start by October 11th you will get a weeks paid vacation between Christmas and New Years 2021. Overtime is occasionally offered on Fridays.
