TAMPA, FL — An 18-year-old Tampa man has been arrested after being accused of fatally striking a woman with an Acura Integra and then driving away with her remains attached to the car. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, at 10:13 p.m. Monday, Jesus Manuel Diaz of Lambright Street in Tampa was traveling at a high speed in a 2000 Acura Integra east on Hillsborough Avenue approaching Sawyer Road when a 46-year-old woman walked into the path of his car.
