Cheesy goodness: Tacos Las Californias is a local taco truck in Tampa located at 7007 North Armenia Avenue that specializes in quesabirria tacos. The tacos have taken social media by storm and are made with cheese, onions, cilantro, and slow-cooked shredded beef. The tacos are then served with broth the beef is cooked in that is used as a dip.
