*****HIRING EVENT***** General Laborers for Day Shift and Evening Shift needed immediately. Please arrive at the facility located at 3507 N Arkansas St Rogers, AR on Monday, October 4th any time between the hours of 8am and 6pm to receive an onsite interview. FULL TIME positions with Benefits or PART-TIME with flexible schedules available. 80 openings are available and qualified applicants will be hired on the spot. These positions require a post-hire drug screening and background check. General laborers, Sort Line Workers, and Forklift Operators are needed to work 8 hours each day with the opportunity to work overtime. Please see the job description below. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Performs general maintenance and repairs on brakes, suspensions, drive trains, electrical, and engine repair as needed. • Conduct safety and maintenance inspections daily on motorized industrial equipment prior to operating. • Repairs, modifies, installs, and maintains equipment related to operations such as trucks, trailers, forklifts, skid steers, tractors, compactors, balers, and other specialized, and / or industrial equipment. • Pick up trash around the facility and clean shop floor as needed. • Recognize and comply with OSHA safety and health rules. • May perform other duties as assigned. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to the elements, fumes, varying degrees of hot or cold temperatures, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is frequently exposed to a variety of extreme conditions. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
