Pizza-Making 101. This is a great class for all ages and would be perfect for any occasion! Master how to bake pizza from scratch with an Italy-trained chef. First, we'll mix up an authentic batch of Neapolitan pizza crust—using natural yeasts and imported flours. Next, we'll make a zesty marinara sauce using garden-fresh ingredients. Finally, we'll shape, sauce and fire our individual pizzas! During this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn how to: 1) make homemade pizza dough, 2) shape individual pizzas, 3) cut / slice toppings, 4) bake the perfect pie at home. Class includes detailed recipes, ingredients, dinner, and drinks. Your teacher, Chris Atwood, is an experienced Atlanta chef and former elementary school teacher!
