We are looking for an experienced handyman to help install the following items in our home: Note: all fixture areas already have wiring, just need lights and items hooked up - Install 2 regular light fixtures in a bathroom - Install kitchen hanging pendant - Install 1 fan pancake box in bathroom and 1 ceiling fan in living room - Install 2 flushmount light fixtures in bedrooms - Troubleshoot exterior light fixture that won't switch on for some reason - Replace old thermostats with 2 Nest thermostats Please let us know your cost estimate and availability.
