At our winery and warehouse in Graton, CA, Production workers are responsible for working in every aspect of the production, packing, and shipping of our product and performing a variety of tasks in our operation in order to ensure we maintain our industry leading turnaround time in the fulfillment of our customers’ orders. Moving raw materials to the bottling line and finished product from the bottling area. Completing morning set up procedures. Cleaning bottling equipment and production area. Boxing and packaging products. Loading and unloading cased products. Provides support in other departments as needed. Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times. Requirements for this position: Ability to work autonomously and under pressure. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and spend the majority of a shift on your feet. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
