Join us for our second annual fun and friendly in-house CrossFit competition on Saturday, November 6th from 9am-3pm at Fit2Live! Join us for our second annual fun and friendly in-house CrossFit competition on Saturday, November 6th from 9am-3pm at Fit2Live! About this event The Fall Brawl is an in-house, 2 person, mixed gender partner competition. This competition is a mixed gender competition. This friendly competition will be designed for members of all ages, skill sets and experience levels. The Fall Brawl will be a great chance for everyone to have fun while getting some competition experience under their belt at the friendly and supportive confines of Fit2Live. There will be plenty of F2L'ers and friends in attendance to support the hard work you put in. Grab a partner, sign-up, and join us for this fun community event! Competition Details: *Saturday, November 6th from 9am-3pm (Gym will open at 8am) *$30 per person to participate *Mixed gender partner competition *1 Division *You can bring a partner from another gym if they have CrossFit experience *3 Total, scored workouts completed throughout the day *The workouts will be inclusive for all ages and skill sets, and experience levels, there will something that everyone can do in each workout and the weights will be manageable, each workout can be scaled as needed *The first workout will be released Monday, October 18th. The second workout will be release Monday, October 25th . The third workout will be released Monday, November 1st. *Each participant will receive a competition t-shirt and will have a blast! *Each team will have a judge for each workout *There will be no regular class this day *Friends and family are welcome to come and spectate Awards: Top 3 teams will get medals and Fit2Live swag Best Spirit will receive a trophy Best Team name will receive a trophy Everyone will have a blast testing their fitness with their fellow F2L'ers Stay up-to-date with this competition at the event Facebook page below: Event Details HERE!
