We're growing and so is our install crew! We are an established design company in Sebastopol that has been around for 10+ years. We have a great crew of guys who enjoy working together who make our designs come to life! Working hours are from 7:30- 4:00 and occasionally - overtime is requested if we're finishing-up a job. Please apply if you have interest in learning or experience in the following: ** - Knowledge training or experience moving and staging job-site materials and accepting and checking in deliveries - Knowledge training or experience with minor woodwork building fences, decks and custom awnings - Knowledge training or experience of the construction process from start to finish - Knowledge training or experience reading plans, marking/measuring pathways, installing steel edging and creating planting areas - Knowledge training or experience of concrete and how to make forms for patios, planters or other design features - Knowledge training or experience of install phases - Everything from demo and grading, safety meetings, to final walk-throughs - Knowledge training or experience of horticulture - planting, irrigation, and mulching - Knowledge training or experience of lighting **More than "knowing" everything we are looking for candidates who are trainable, want to be a part of our family and who help us create a great place to work! An interest to learn and share knowledge that you have is helpful and we also share our knowledge with you! We do participate in paid trainings at the CLCA and trade shows in the area Photography of job-sites before and after and job phases are helpful for marketing posts so an interest in photography would give you an opportunity for more hours. This position is offered in whole but not all of these qualifications are required.
