Nanny or babysitter needed fulltime

Looking for a full-time nanny or babysitter for 1 child during the day ( she is 2 ) and 2 additional school age children( both girls as well) before and after school. Prefer someone active and able to interact with the kids and play outside, do arts and crafts, learn letters and numbers for the youngest. Also someone who is willing to do light cooking and meal prep for the youngest. My husband and I often work from home....so we will be home some days but just act like we won't be. I am willing to offer this to someone who would want to bring their own child along, etc. I am open. Pay will be $500 every two weeks. Background check will be done.
