Eating for Two: Nutrition during Pregnancy
Presented by Florida Department of Health's Healthy Start, BBB and SNAP-Ed programs:
Please join us for our pregnancy nutrition basics class Eating for Two. While learning tips to keep you and your growing baby healthy, we will be having a cooking demonstration with free food samples.
These nutrition classes are part of the SNAP-Ed evidence-based curriculum, Healthy Choices for Every Body. Classes will consist of one-time, 1-hour long sessions. Each class is taught by a qualified nutrition health educator and SNAP-Ed Program Coordinator, Laura Robles-Torres.

There is no cost to participate and all are welcome.
COVID-19: Social distancing guidelines will be followed. Masks are required for entry. Please do not come to event if you experience a fever, cough or shortness of breath. Participation is limited to 12 participants.
