WOMEN OF COLOR - CHICAGO MARATHON STORIES WANTED!! The Chicago Marathon is around the corner. And this year, we have more to run for than ever.    Countless people have gone above and beyond to help us persevere through challenging times. A healthcare worker. A doctor. A family member. A complete stranger, even. We all have someone who went the extra mile for us in 2020.    At this year’s Chicago Marathon, you have the chance to go The Extra Mile for them. Abbott introduces ‘The Extra Mile’. A mile-long walk after the Chicago Marathon that you can dedicate to someone who went the extra mile for you last year.    Jedd Thomas, Emmy award winning documentary maker, will be capturing the most beautiful Extra Mile dedications on Marathon Day.
