I LOVE my handyman, but due to health issues, he is no longer available after 7 years.
At the moment, I need someone to smooth out a small area on the wall behind my tankless heater, so the plumber can finish installing service valves. Also, I need installation of laminate in two bedrooms and a small hallway and a small patio installed. I'll soon want a bathroom tub replaced with a shower using Schluter products, for which, I've taken training.
I am looking for someone who is kind, enjoys and takes pride in his/her work, is knowledgeable, is not offended by explaining how the job will be done and is open when preferences are given. I am a researcher, so I always look at the best practices in the industry to do any job. I will need someone who understands or is willing to learn about and comply with the industry standards, such as ASTM, NALFA, ANSI, etc., because not all handymen/women have been taught to use best practices.
I need regular household maintenance and repairs as well as future remodeling work done. Examples of work might be: Install ceiling fan, painting, repair sliding door, cement work, tile work, plumbing, electrical, etc., remodel a room, replace ceilings or walls.
Skill, a reasonable hourly rate, and friendliness are more important to me than a license. Please be someone who is looking for a long term relationship.
Please TEXT and we can discuss further. Thank you! Have a wonderful day!
