STAFFORD COUNTY, VA — A dump truck got stuck on the Truslow Road overpass on I-95 in Stafford County on Tuesday afternoon, blocking traffic for several hours. Now, the driver of the truck has been charged with reckless driving. Virginia State Police officials said the crash occurred at 12:41 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 28, near mile marker 134. "A 1998 Kenworth dump truck was traveling north on I-95 when the driver accidentally engaged the dump bed, which raised it and caused it to collide with the bridge overpass," Virginia State Police said in a news release. "The collision caused the dump bed to become wedged between the roadway and bridge." Photo courtesy of Virginia State Police.
