Major Responsibilities: • Work to maintain a service-oriented environment and continually improve processes and increase efficiency. • Support team members in pricing and purchasing materials, tools and equipment for jobs; coordinate customer direct sales; purchase office, warehouse and safety supplies; oversee receiving to ensure accuracy and quality of goods. • Coordinate shipping to and from jobsites & vendors ensuring proper credits are recorded for returned goods. • Manage vehicle fleet including vendor relationships; vehicle maintenance and routine inspection programs; receiving and issuing new vehicles; managing fleet fueling programs. • Coordinate warehouse and office organization, inventories, upkeep, and repairs. • Supervise employees who may be assigned to warehouse and act as a Train-The-Trainer for those needing aerial lift / forklift certification. Physical Requirements: The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The team member will need to stand, walk, climb ladders, sit, and occasionally kneel and squat. Must be able to lift and move tools and equipment up to 80lbs. Work is performed in warehouse, office, yard and on jobsites where there may be extreme temperatures and weather. Qualifications: • 2+ years related functional experience. • Experience in a commercial or industrial construction environment is an asset. • High School degree or equivalent. • Valid Washington State Driver’s License and clean driving record. • Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel. • Highly organized and efficient with good time management, follow-up and follow through. • Strong written/oral communication in English, including the ability to present in front of others. • Willingness to travel to jobsites and vendors as needed, generally located in Western Washington. • Regular, predictable, full-time attendance. Work schedule is normally a 6am start, with occasional overtime and weekend work • Submit to a background check and drug screening.
