Apply in person or respond to this post: Office Address: 1025 6th Ave N, Kent, WA 98032 Office Hours: 8:00am to 2:00pm, Monday thru Friday Starting Pay: $15.00/hour w/no experience Benefits included vacation time, sick time, medical, dental. vision insurance, holiday pay No prior experience required. We will train on the job. Morning Shift: 5:30am to 3:30pm Swing Shift: 12:00pm to 10:00pm Depending on departmental needs, tasks may include: - Cut, clean, and grade salmon and tuna using knives, cleavers - Make poke sauce - Prepare ready to eat poke kits - Separate fish and byproducts into specific containers and seal containers. - Weigh and box fish - Clean production floor - Dispose fish wastes and scraps in designated areas. - Use cleaning tools such as floor brushes, scratch pads, brushes during the normal course of a work shift. - Works in a safe manner at all times. - Work repetitively with hands, wrists and elbows while standing for up to 10 hours per day. - Work in conditions that may be cold, wet, and noisy. Education & Experience: - Basic understanding of the English language - Able to work with seafood, including various types of fish and shellfish. - Able to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds on a occasional basis. - Reliable attendance and transportation
