Laborers at Olson Baking Company ***NO RESUME OR COVER LETTER REQUIRED*** The Olson Baking Company is a leading manufacturer of Frozen Baked Goods for Grocery Stores all over the US. We are seeking Laborers with high energy ready to jump in and work hard to help our Production & Packaging teams get the job done. We have a great amount of pride in our company and want to find an employee who enjoys hard work and being part of our team. Position: Laborer Pay: $17.00 Type: Part Time/Full Time Our bakery operates up to 24hrs/7 days a week and our schedules vary to fills the needs of our customers. Our ideal candidate is reliable and works well in a busy environment alongside the rest of our Production & Packaging Teams. Laborers will perform all work according to standards set by Olson's Baking Company and the food manufacturing industry to ensure a safe work environment. SAFETY: We know you might have questions or concerns about safety regarding on-site work. We want to let you know that Olson Baking Company places a high value on employee health and safety. We have implemented various safety measures in our facility to protect our team members. This includes: • Daily temperature and O2 checks • Maintaining 6 feet for social distancing • All individuals on site are required to wear a face mask • Thorough cleanings multiple times a day • Making sure everyone is washing and sanitizing their hands DUTIES: • Moving baked product from the production area to the packaging area • Restocking supplies for the packaging team as needed • Assisting the Production Team as needed • Assisting the Packaging Team as needed • Work in a safe manner always • Additional duties and/or responsibilities as assigned MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to work hard in a high or low temperature environment around loud, fast paced machinery. • Ability to quickly learn new job tasks and flexibility to work in different areas as needed. • Must have ability to take instruction from the Production Supervisors • Must be able to work efficiently to meet task completion requirements • Must be able to work any day, including holidays, or any shift. • Must have reliable attendance to meet employer's attendance standards for 24/7 production facility.
