Habitat Gardens is seeking a dedicated full-time landscape maintenance laborer. As a laborer, you will maintain installed landscapes to ensure that customers’ needs are met and their gardens are maintained to the highest standards. You will work under the maintenance crew leader and be expected to show initiative, display a strong work ethic, and take pride in your work. Ideal candidates will be competent, physically fit, and have a personal interest in landscaping. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain multiple gardens. Pull weeds, prune, water, blow, weed whack and mow. Maintain, diagnose, and repair irrigation systems. Apply fertilizers and horticultural sprays and perform pest control. Communicate important information to the manager, crew and customers. Operate basic maintenance equipment. Lift 50+ lbs. Act in a professional manner and maintain a clean appearance. Eligible to work in the US.
