BLADENSBURG, MD — A Bladensburg High School student was hospitalized Wednesday with upper-body cuts, WUSA9 reported. Journalist Brielle Ashford wrote that student resource officers found the unidentified teenager injured around 1:30 p.m. Officers expect him to survive, the TV station noted.
Ashford mentioned that the Prince George's County Police Department has not yet identified a suspect. The school underwent "restricted movement" during the investigation, the news outlet added.
In neighboring Anne Arundel County, authorities said a Wednesday stabbing at Annapolis High School hospitalized two students and led to seven arrests.
