Press release from the City of San Rafael: September 28, 2021 The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will be fully closing the 101 NB Central San Rafael off-ramp for the 101 NB Off-Ramp Bridge Replacement project. The closure schedule is: Wednesday, September 29 from 9 pm to Thursday, September 30 at 9 am; and Thursday, September 30 at 9 pm to Friday, October 1 at 9 am Detours will be in place; please see  Please remember: there will be a full weekend, full off-ramp, 55-hour closure next month from October 22 – October 25.
