CONCORD, NH — The U.S. Marshals-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is asking for the public's help finding a New Hampshire man, originally from Vermont, with current ties to that state, who is wanted on numerous charges. Thomas Arbuckle is 39, about 5 feet, 10 inches tall, and weighs around 175 pounds. He has blue eyes and blonde hair. Arbuckle has numerous tattoos — including "Bachelor" on this abdomen, "Sandra" on his left chest, "Brother's Keeper" on his left calf, a sleeve with a cross on his right leg, and sleeves on his right and left arms, too. He sometimes uses the name "Tommy" instead of Thomas, according to the alert. Arbuckle, according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal, has "a lengthy criminal history" which includes drug, assault, and domestic violence charges. The task force issued a "known to abuse drugs" warning on Arbuckle's alert. "Arbuckle is being sought on an arrest warrant alleging multiple offenses including (two) reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest, conduct after an accident and receiving stolen property (charges), along with several motor vehicle infractions," White said. "Arbuckle has extensive ties to Vermont including family, friends, and associates." In one prior case, according to a post on Patch in Connecticut in 2013, Arbuckle and an associate were accused of possessing more than 400 bags of heroin after police in Enfield investigated a suspicious vehicle in a shopping plaza.
