PORTLAND, OR — A fire Tuesday morning by Highway 26 Eastbound between the 405 and Market Street ramps slowed traffic. The fire, which is still being investigated, didn't appear to cause any injuries. The Market Street ramp was closed briefly so firefighters could get to the scene. Live in Portland?
