PORTLAND, OR — Just after midnight on Wednesday, an officer from North Precinct saw a man driving recklessly through Rose city Cemetery. He stopped the man and arrested him. He also found cocaine and methamphetamine, police say. Portland resident 24 year old Everado Lianes-Perez was booked into the Multnomah county Detention Center on gun and drug charges.
