Press release from the City of Mentor: September 29th, 2021 The Lake County General Health District (LCGHD) has advised that a Mentor resident received an unsigned letter from Ron Graham, Health Commissioner, that served notice that the LCGHD would be placing air samplers in the resident's home to monitor for illness. The letter is a scam. LCGHD is not placing air samplers inside any homes or businesses. Lake County residents are advised to contact local law enforcement and the LCGHD at (440) 350-2543 if they receive an unsolicited letter, telephone call, or visit from someone claiming to be a representative of the LCGHD.
