I've got a bunch of projects coming up starting THIS Monday and need 2-3 more guys. I really would like 2 sub contractors who carry their own insurance or 2 lead project manager w insurance to run some projects from beginning to end. I WANT PROFESSIONALS I DON'T CARE IF THIS IS CRAIGSLIST..if your a crack, meth,dope head or someone who's a fast talker or DOESN'T KNOW how to conduct or carry themselves in the business world please do us both a favor and do not respond. I do every single trade and will know if your wasting my time in a heartbeat. I'm looking for someone business minded. I'm chill and laid back but I don't have time to waste with idiots or compulsive bullshitters who believe their own dillusional thoughts. I'm looking for partners I can respect now idiot employees who cause nothing but liabilities. If you don't have tools or transportation YOUR NOT WORTH MY TIME. If you need to be micromanaged THIS JOB ISN'T FOR YOU. If you don't produce quality work that isn't considered quality outside of the worst areas in baltimore or DC this job isnt for you. LOOKING FOR CRAFTSMEN
