Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. But here is the rub. Private enterprise can do so; eliminate free speech. As in you do not have a right to barge in to my house, put up a soap box and "free speech" in front of my TV. Or basically on any private property whether my home or business. But here is the rub/rub. CL like all the other private internet corporations will claim their free speech freedom unless you actually do free speech on their sites. Then it is up to them to determine what free speech is and why they delete/censor it, because of those algorythm thingys. And they do so in a very biased way. So when Section 230 gets eliminated the "free speech" will be subjected to Constitutional rules. Which means these sites ether allow free speech or they don't. Very simple. If they censor like these CL fascists do they will be subjected to fines and lawsuits. How many $100's of millions are you guys going to spend this year buying off crooked politicians to keep Section 230 in place? How long will free speech be censored on this site?
