Found dogs or puppies, small wirey fur tan brindle and black

At Celaya Park near Guadalupe and Kyrene in Tempe Two puppies or small dogs with wirey fur, floppy ears were seen roaming in people’s yards- including slipping under some fences. Both appear to be littermates. One is mostly black, the other appears brindle or tan. They approached us initially, but became afraid of our dog and we couldn’t get them to come up to us. We last saw them at around 3:30pm on Wednesday Sept 29th. We did NOT catch them and they are still at large.
