"These developments will serve a range of clientele from affordable housing to luxury homes, providing much-needed housing inventory in our community."   The new areas, which are projected to have a combined economic impact in excess of $100 million when completed, include:   Regency Place Phase II – Regency Place is the first for-sale affordable housing addition in Chaffee Crossing. Phase II will begin Oct. 1, 2021 and be completed by Aug. 1, 2022; while the already-completed Phase I will begin offering homes in Jan., 2022. Regency is located on West Chad Colley Boulevard.
