We are looking for someone to help clean up apartments and remodeling sites, help out with some yard work, and help out to organize shop tools, materials, etc. For the right person, helping out on some remodeling jobs would be available too. This is an unskilled position, but it is assumed that you would not need too much guidance to help clean up an apartment and things of that nature. Obviously, instructions and cleaning supplies would be given, but is is hoped you could carry out relatively simple tasks without too much oversight. Schedule and hours are flexible, let us know what your availability is and desired hourly rate of pay is. Please let us know if you have any work experience, and/or if you have another schedule you would have to work around. A ride can be provided to work if needed. Most work would be around downtown Ithaca. Looking for someone that appreciates a laid back work atmosphere, but that also has a strong work ethic. Thanks! EOE
