HOOVER, AL — Hoover police are trying to identify a man seen in security photos shoplifting at Dick's Sporting Goods Sept. 21. The man reportedly stole more than $3,000 worth of merchandise. The Hoover Police Department posted photos of the suspect Tuesday: Anyone who may recognize this person is asked to contact Hoover Detective Kyle McCreless at 205-444-7654.
