Mad City Windows & Baths is a reputable, well established remodeling company that is hiring immediately and expanding rapidly throughout the Midwest! With the growth and expansion, Mad City can pay you what you are worth -- up to $30/hour -- because we know we couldn’t do it all without our employees. We are searching for individuals who are experienced in the installation of Windows and Doors.  Our Window Installer Leads are responsible for the quality of the finished install, as well as for answering homeowner's questions about the operation of products and connecting the homeowner with the office to receive final payment. Why work at Mad City: - Competitive Pay: $25 - $30/hour - Health, Dental, Vision, Disability & Voluntary Insurance - 401K Plan with company match - Advancement opportunities - Paid training, coaching and development - Paid vacation & paid holidays Responsibilities: - Install windows and doors according to Mad City's standards and procedures - Apply interior and exterior finish work as needed for every application - Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments - Supervise other installation crew members - Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect Qualifications: - Minimum 2-5 year of REPLACEMENT window/door experience - Ability to climb ladders with windows that weigh up to 100lbs - Ability to work in all weather conditions throughout the year - Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record - Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members - Quality of work standards
