Small remodel job at 12166 Metric Blvd condo in north Austin. Here are the improvements I need in my one bedroom condo (562 sq. ft.): Remove tack board from 11 x 12 foot bedroom and small closet, install laminate flooring in that room, paint lr, hall, bedroom and kitchen walls, switch out ceiling fan in bedroom. I am available Thursday night as well as Saturday and Sunday if you want to come look, then give me an estimate….or even start on tack board or another portion of job.
