You tell me how much you would charge. I have no idea. (Selected no pay but obvs will pay.) Please include a rough estimate in your email. I won't reply if you don't. The space itself is roughly 11.75’ x 21.25’ (height 8’3”). That is not accounting for the entry door, four windows, a fireplace, and two archways. I will attach pictures and also a general layout. The walls are textured so if you have ideas there, taking them. It’s a rental so I can’t destroy anything. The wallpaper I will be using is from Spoonflower.
