GROUNDS ATTENDANT/GENERAL LABORER

Property management company has an opening for a grounds attendant/general laborer. Monday-Friday with occasional weekends. Duties include but are not limited to: * Empty large trash receptacles and replace contractor bags securely * Blow/clean parking log/sidewalks/all store fronts * Clean area around dumpsters * Clean area around mailboxes/water tanks/pump house * Remove debris and trash from food truck area * Remove trash from EBC offices (as needed) * Clean work truck and work shed * Water systems check * Clean all equipment and tools * Ditch clean up * Courtyard inspection * Safety and maintenance inspections for common area * Building inspections * Septic maintenance and inspections * Hanging/installing signage * Replacing basic fixtures * Basic Carpentry Part-time or full-time available with starting pay at $15.00 - $17.00 per hour. Benefits for full time employees. Must be able to work independently, follow instructions, and maintain a professional appearance and behavior. We are located on Hwy 46, East of Hwy 281.
