Professional painter wanted to prep and paint 1200 sq/ft condo. Walls, interior doors, window trim and ceilings. (Walls and ceilings to be same color). Condo is vacant, no furniture or floors to cover. Window and door trim is stained and needs to be prepped and painted. Some orange peel texture is necessary in some repaired areas. Doors to be spray finished. Labor only bid. W-2 job, paid upon completion. Ready to start asap.
