Framers Needed!

We are looking for framers in the Killeen and Fort Hood areas. We have multiple houses (25-30) that needs framing to be put up and not enough help for it so I'm pretty desperate and in need of honest people that is willing to work for good pay. I need a few crews that's willing to do the work and not have any problems. We have the work we just need the people. Here is what I need from you: Pay by square foot Experience Dependability Transportation Being on time Cell phone Legal paperwork to work in the US Legal paperwork to own your own company Your company is insured Have tools to do the job Communication is highly important For Tax purposes I need you to own a company this isn't a paid under the table gig. We are a company with the proper documentation and I need you to have that as well. Please understand that I can't hire you as a contractor if you don't have a company with the legal documentations because of the tax purposes.
