I want to hire a carpenter to build a wood gate. As seen in pic, we have a big iron front gate. Inside of the iron gate we want to have a white wood gate about 3 feet high that keeps our dogs from reaching the iron gate (so they don’t accidentally get out some time). Wood gate should be situated at the top of the stairs (visible in picture) and it should swing open (away from iron gate) and there should be a way for us to "park" it open while we are going out to check our mailbox. We are looking for a carpenter with experience in similar jobs and who has tools required for this job, and we would expect that most of the work could be done offsite. We’d prefer to pay time and materials.
