We are looking to fill a 12AM-8AM shift Monday through Thursday Mornings shift as a concierge / night security at a senior retirement community. Midnight Concierge/Security Monday through Thursday mornings 12am – 8am Duties and Responsibilities: • Make periodic rounds of the property during the night • Monitors and attends to e-calls • Wash, dry, and fold rags • Opens up the Common Area rooms • Open umbrellas around property • Assist residents as needed • Report emergencies to the Office or Facilities Manager • Mopping front courtyard area Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: • Must be able to lift, pull, carry, and or move up to 50 lbs • Must be able to stand and walk continuously Qualifications: • Background check required • Working with senior citizens preferred Serious inquires only.
