Woodmont is seeking a hard working, dependable individual to perform all the janitorial duties for our beautiful 200+ unit apartment community located in the Natomas Sacramento region. The schedule is 28 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. This position requires an individual to clean all exterior common areas, such as: stairways, pool areas, carports, laundry rooms, offices and models daily. This position may also require painting as well as the use of backpack blowers and power washers.
