Rapid an industry leader in logistics is currently looking for independent contractors in the Austin area! ** $2,500 SIGN ON BONUS! Extra $100 per paycheck a week for 25 weeks with the stipulations that you have no call outs and maintain a 75% or higher delivery rate. Responsibilities: Drop off/pick up packages to customers within the Austin area We operate 6 days a week You can plan on a typical shift is 7-8 hours. Can be shorter during slower seasons and could be longer during peak season (Start time: 6.30 - 9.30 am) Our drivers follow strict safety standards on and off the road You'll interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner. You'll use handheld technology to manage the delivery process**** Requirements· Provide and maintain a valid DL & auto insurance that meets or exceeds state-required minimums for Dependable Vehicle· Must be at least 23+ years old· Must have a valid TX driver's license· Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation· Clean DMV Motor Vehicle Record / Background Check / Drug Screen· Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers· PAY $255 Flat Rate -$30 Vehicle Rental -$30 Liability Insurance ___________________ $195 - (gas for the vehicle for 120 miles typically around $25-$30) = $170 a day $170 x 5 shifts = $850 a week $850 + $100 (weekly sign on bonus) = $950 a week REFERRAL INCENTIVE $250 for every driver you refer.
