CLEANING OUT SERVICE NEEDED! SINGLE FAMILY! We are a real estate office looking for someone or a preservation company to clean out one of our single-family homes located in Wellsville, NY to make it look presentable for our clients when viewing. As per the photos above home has a lot of clothing, garbage, fallen tiles, debris, etc. inside that needs to be removed, along with old furniture laying around. You can haul away or dumpster can be ordered. A complete wipe down is needed of all floors, windows, cabinets, doors, mirrors, etc. Below is what is required to complete this job: - Please have your own materials (keep this in mind when submitting your bid) - Please have your own transportation - Please note property is vacant and has no working utilities, may have working electric - Please bring your own cleaning tools such as: brooms, mops, rags, buckets, water, Windex, pine sol, trash bags, & etc. - Please note both before & after photos are required of the work done, no blurry pictures will be accepted.
