Found parrot or lorikeet at Van Nuys airport

Found bird in a hangar at Van Nuys airport. Some sort of parrot/parakeet/conure/lorikeet? Hanging out in the rafters so they can’t get a super good look. Green with a pink/peach chest patch. If you know who it belongs to I can put you in contact with the friend who works in the hangar.
