Missing Kitty

My cat is missing. I don’t remember her getting out but if she did it was sometime around 11pm last night (9/28). Her name is Soho, although she sometimes doesn’t know her name. One of her ears is clipped indicating she has all her vaccines and is fixed. She is white with grey markings on her legs and body. She has a cataract in one eye from feline herpes and is pretty much partially blind. She requires medication for it. She is very sweet and friendly. She play bites only. Please help me bring my baby girl back home. Also note she was wearing a blue rubber ducky collar the last time I saw her. Her tag is a rose gold heart with 3 diamonds on the front.
