Big Bear Lawn Care is currently taking applications for Lawn care Crew leader, lawn crew positions, and Snow removal positions. We are looking for hard-working people who are looking to grow with our company. Must enjoy working outside in all weather conditions. Pay starts at $14 per hour depending on experience, and work history. As a company we are more then willing to pay what employees are worth. Employees seeking year round work will be given the opportunity to do leaf cleanups, Snow work and perform odd jobs during the winter months. We prefer people with prior commercial experience, that are familiar with and know how to use all equipment including trimmers, edgers, stand on mowers, zero turns, and push mowers. 2 year experience preferred but not required will train the right individuals. All applicants must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation to shop every morning, and on time. Must be responsible and have good personal hygiene.
