Handyman for interior and exterior of Hunt Valley, MD residence. Exterior work is cleaning, painting, small repairs and gardening. Exterior cleaning is: windows & screens, porches, garage, lights, deck. Exterior painting is 2 porches. Gardening is weeding, mulching, fertilizing, trimming, pruning, removing old plants, planting new plants. Interior work is painting, washing walls, cleaning light fixtures, cleaning and sealing grout, periodic deep cleaning, helping with organizing and assembly, small repairs. Frequency of work: only periodic. For example: Gardening projects would be 4-5 times a year. Exterior windows & screens: twice a year. Exterior cleaning of 2 porches-twice a year. Interior painting and washing walls: 1-2 times a year. Cleaning & sealing grout: once a year. Helping organizing and assembly: 2-5 times a year. Pay varies by the type of project. Projects can be a half day or whole day and can be on weekdays or weekends depending upon applicant’s availability. Time to start: Immediately.
