Type: Contract (6 months, possibility of extension or longer term)
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Responsible for processing all interoffice, inbound, and outbound hard copy communications, packages, original documents, checks and time sensitive items in a time efficient manner while providing a high accountability of the communications. Responsible for processing and delivering office supplies received for the firm as well as other unique dock receivables.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Data entry processing of inbound accountable packages
• Delivery of inbound accountable packages, USPS mail and interoffice mail
• Processing of outbound FedEx packages
• Order and maintain various shipping supplies
• Assist with projects assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
• High School Diploma
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds, pull a mail cart weighing up to 200 pounds and withstand extended periods of standing and walking of up to 12 hours.
• Good knowledge of shipping/receiving processes including courier rules and regulations.
Interview Process: 1-2 interview rounds.
