This is Dexter. He's a very energetic, high drive, goofy, cuddly boy. He likes to make little grumbling noises as a way to talk back to you, and loves to be chased or chase you. He will do absolutely anything for a milkbone, including squeeze onto a tiny toddler chair and go to his crate. Which brings me to how he is indeed crate trained, and sleeps perfectly through the night in it. He also knows sit, lay down, head down, leave it, no, get up, get down, look at me, is leash trained, and has been working on heel and sit pretty as well as balancing on items to boost his confidence. Dexter is already up to date on shots and is microchipped as well as neutered. He does need more heartworm preventative, as he recently sized up to 45 pounds, but was recently on Simparica Trio and did very well on it. He will come with all of his records, tag, collar, shampoo and mousse and brush, leash, blanket, leftover food, and support from me if you need it on how he's been trained. Dexter's only downfall is he can't go to a home with other dogs, small children, or to people who just want to leave him in the backyard all day. He needs human contact, is afraid of other dogs due to being attacked, and is too big and energetic for small kids. He'd do best with an active family or someone who is willing to play fetch and run with him for an hour or two a day, along with walks. Dexter was a rescue.
