Private Aircraft and Facility Cleaning Assistant Crew Chief We are a private aircraft and facility cleaning company with a challenging management position available at the Cincinnati Municipal Lunken Airport. All industry specific training will be paid and provided. We are looking for a passionate/driven individual who wants to be a part of a growing location and company. Founded in 2010, FoxTrot now has several locations in the United States and still adheres to its family values on which the company was founded on. Applicants must have a background in supervisory roles or management, be willing to perform very physical work, and have open schedule availability. Overtime occurs frequently, as well as weekend work. The role will consist of: Manage staffing over 1st and 2nd shifts for up to 10 team members; conducts interviews Work closely with key customers to manage relationships and trouble shoots pain points and solves issues Control quality on cleaning jobs and a safety conscious mindset whenever performing work Train team members for safety and quality and can clearly highlight issues and correct if needed Take supply inventories and order new stock through a purchasing manager Complete basic administration of team member discipline, necessary forms, and communication Organizing cleaning jobs and communicating to team as well as populating an online schedule Recruit, motivate and retain a team of high-performing and driven team members Handling customer needs and last-minute changes, staff adequately, and punctually Drive your team with effective communication and provide coaching on growth and development along with quality and safety strategies Conduct regular site customer visits to ensure business standards are maintained, expectations are being achieved, coaching and developing are occurring, and action plans are developed in order to grow the business. Perform self-assessment audits using a rubric. Strong written and verbal communication Excellent time management ability on all jobs, tasks, and administrative duties Lift up to 50lbs, bending, extended periods on feet with twisting Must be medically cleared to operate heavy machinery at all times The candidate needs to be excellent at communication and available by a cell phone with a consistent number 24/7. Due to airport/company requirements, the candidate must be able to meet the following requirements: Passing a background check both by the company and Homeland Security (Airport) Passing a drug screening Possessing a valid driver’s license and Reliable transportation Flexible schedule, with open availability, able to work split shift(s) Management experience greater than 3 years Effective communicator in writing and verbally Technology literate Ability to travel out of town, potentially for several days Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.50 per hour
