As a Warehouse Pallet Sorter at CALco Pallets, you will represent CALco working at our customer facility, using your skills to efficiently manage the customer’s pallet sorting and recycling operation. The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm. 40 hours a week at $18.00 per hour. Some overtime may be required. As a part of the CALco team, you will be eligible for a full benefits package including health, dental, vision and life insurance, 401K with an employer match, paid vacation, and personal days. Responsibilities: Use sit down forklift to unload used pallets from customer trailers and load the pallets onto CALco trailers Sweep out empty customer trailers Load any miscellaneous odd sized pallets and/or wooden crates as well as scrap wood onto CALco trailers Separate and sort any other recyclable materials such and metal, cardboard and plastic. Load these materials into Gaylord boxes and load full boxes onto CALco trailers Contact the CALco office to report when trailers are full and need to be swapped out Use a radio to communicate with customer's employee when trailers need to be spotted Keep work area clean and organized. Sweep up regularly. Requirements: High School Diploma/GED 1 year experience operation of sit down forklift 1 year relevant experience in a warehouse environment Valid driver’s license Please submit current resume and contact information.
